One day Elisha went to Shunem, where he was a rich woman, which constrained him to eat bread. Hence, every time he passed there, went to eat.
9. She told her husband: I see that it is always for us is holy man of God.
10. Let him, therefore, upon a small room, masonry, and to put him there a bed, a desk, a chair and a lamp, 'when he comes to our house, retire to be there.
11. One day he came thither, he retired to his room and lay down. "

You know what the word means goodness?
In dictionaries goodness is:
1. For good 2. Good deed, 3. Grace, mercy.
In the Bible goodness is an attribute (a quality) that women expect from others and that God wishes to see us. (To see):

Psalm 5.7-12
Psalm 36.7
Micah 6.8

Who practice kindness with love and dedication, will attract good things for you. True love is more valuable than riches, being poor is better than no love. The goodness of a man is one of the things that enable the wife to trust him, the children to believe in his word, in general the kindness creates confidence.

The text of 2 Kings 4: 8 - 11, is a woman Shunammite that remained faithful to God, this story shows the noble character and very kind of woman. His heart was always attentive and observe the needs of others, and one of the people who count on that generosity was the prophet Elisha. She was always watching, traveling the prophet who always passed periodically against his house. She imagined that he had to eat so moved by compassion, Shunammite insisted he do all your meals at home, as we see in verse 8.
The facts happened in Shunem, in central Israel. Hence we can clarify that the woman's name was not Shunammite but their nationality.

The woman Shunammite has common characteristics of women kind, which which serve as inspiration for all women in today's world. See examples of women Shunammite.
Firstly
Kindness notes, we can see in the text that the woman was in the habit of observing and listening to the people around her, she watched, was vigilant about the needs of others. Let's look at verse 9 that she said to her husband.
"v.9 She told her husband: I see that it is always for us is holy man of God.
We need to address the needs of others around us are following his example. "

Secondly
The kindness and care also acts: That woman truly cared for the welfare of Elisha remarked that he had no where to eat. She realized the situation of Elisha, made the following questions for yourself. "What can I do to make life easier for him? How can I get the weight of his shoulders? "Then she acted to help as follows inviting him to dine at his house and welcoming. We can see in verse 10.
"v. 10. Let us make, then, upon a small room, masonry, and to put him there a bed, a desk, a chair and a lamp, 'when he comes to our house, retire to be there. "
Note that she was concerned the welfare of Elisha, she had compassion, generosity, kindness in seeing the need of his neighbor, care and act to invite you to eat at home.

A kind heart is a garden that grows the roots of kind thoughts, flowers and kind words of the fruits of acts kind. What should I do?
· Praying for others
Confessing · any grudge against someone
· Asking God to fill our hearts with kindness
· Looking at the life of Jesus, which represents the goodness of God in human form
· Practicing kindness at home, at school, at work, at church and so on.
How about we put these rules into practice in our day-to-day?

Written by: C.
